Rental Rates

The minimum stay is two nights.

Half the rent is required to confirm a booking. Balance of rent and bond required prior to occupancy.

The rates and availability differ significantly between peak times (summer holiday and Easter period) and other times.

The accommodation is basic and clean. It is not serviced with linen, doonas pillows and towels.

Where one group has the whole complex, access between apartments is under cover.

A gas bbq is available to both apartments.

The telephone line is shared by the apartments.

Off street parking is available for 3 cars. One driveway provides access to both apartments from Richardson Boulevard.
